Considered pizza as an unhealthy fast food that causes obesity generally. However, pizza is scientifically fermented and nutritious food. So far Pizzas have been considered American style which means commercialized, formalized and stimulate taste. Founders of Pizza Alvolo (Lee brothers_Jea-wook Lee, Jae-won Lee) majored in cooking, harmonized traditional Italian Pizza and Korean style pizza. And Lee brothers have made hand-made pizza which suited Korean tastes. We want to give to recognition to People that pizza is healthy and scientific foods.

    We, Lee brothers, loved airplanes and the sky when we are young.
    Like a Wright brothers invented airplane first time for the first time and achieved their dream, we wanted make the most delicious pizza and notify our pizza to the world. That’s how ‘Alvolo’ was born. ‘Alvolo’ means ‘flight’ in Italian.

Black rice dough instead of flour dough. Black rice’s origin is Jin-do.
Hand-made pickles and tomato sauce instead of instant product.
Bulgogi cooked with fresh ingredients daily instead of frozen product.
